Entry deadline: Monday December 20, 2025 at 9PM.

Interviews will be held between 20th December to 25th December. Please be available to be interviewed by the judges during this period.

Finalists will be announced on December 30th 2025.

Awards Night: 3 Jan 2026 (Saturday).

Submission Deadline: All entries must be submitted before the official deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Ensure your entry follows the prescribed format and guidelines mentioned in the category description. Non-compliant entries may be disqualified. -
Supporting Documents: Upload all relevant supporting materials (photos, reports, testimonials, etc.). Incomplete entries may affect evaluation.

Proof of Work: Entries must reflect genuine work during the eligible period.

If you are selected as a Finalist (Top 3), a fee of ₹5000 (exclusive of GST) will be charged to cover administration, audit assessment, and operational costs.

After document verification, the top 3 nominees will be shortlisted for the final round. Following the final evaluation, the selection committee will make the final assessment to choose the winners.

- GST @ 18% applicable on all payments.
- Nominees get 1 pass; winners get 4 passes.
- If not selected as winner, fee refunded to other two finalists (excluding GST).
