Application for Participation
- Apply online at

with full payment.
- Submission of the application confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions.
- Organizers reserve the right to accept or reject applications without providing any explanation.
Stall Booking
- Stalls are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis upon full payment.
- Organizers may modify stall location, size, or hall layout if necessary. No compensation will be provided for such changes.
- Book 2 stalls under the same business or client name and get a 10% discount.
Cancellation Policy
- 45+ days before the event: 50% refund
- 35+ days before the event: 30% refund
- 25 days or less before the event: No refund
Event Changes
- Organizers may change the venue or event dates with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.
- In case of cancellation, 25% of the fee will be retained.
- No compensation will be provided for changes.
Exhibit Handling
- Exhibitors are responsible for the transport, storage, and removal of their items.
- A detailed list of items must be submitted 2 weeks prior to shipping.
- Exhibitors are fully responsible for any damage caused to the client's property.
- Do not plug in, attach, or fix anything directly to the property.
- Nails, screws, or any kind of drilling are strictly not allowed.
- Electricity charges will be applied for the use of induction stoves (Min 3000).
Service Disruptions
- Organizers are not liable for disruptions caused by strikes, accidents, or natural events.
- No refunds will be issued for service changes due to such circumstances.
Security & Safety
- General security will be provided by the organizers.
- Exhibitors are responsible for the safety and security of their own items and personnel.
Fire Safety
- Use of equipment, stoves, or heaters involving open flames or flammable gases is strictly prohibited unless written permission is obtained from the organizers.
Insurance
- Exhibitors must insure their staff and items.
- Organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage.
Additional Rules
- Organizers may issue additional rules if necessary. These rules will be binding on all participants.
Legal Jurisdiction
- All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Perundurai, Tamil Nadu.
Expo Sponsorship Terms & Conditions & Guidelines
1. General
- Sponsorship opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the completed Sponsorship Agreement Form and payment confirmation.
- All sponsors must comply with the event’s branding, publicity, and promotional guidelines issued by the Organizing Committee.
- The Organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, venue, or program details if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made within 7 days of invoice issuance to confirm sponsorship.
- Failure to make timely payment may result in the sponsorship slot being reassigned.
- All payments are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the Organizers.
3. Sponsor Entitlements
- Sponsors will receive the specific benefits listed under their respective categories (Title, Platinum, Gold, or Supported by Sponsor) as detailed in the official sponsorship tariff plan.
- Placement and prominence of branding, advertisements, and promotional materials will be allocated according to the sponsorship level.
- The Organizers will make reasonable efforts to deliver all sponsor benefits; however, some digital or print media placements may be subject to availability and technical feasibility.
4. Branding & Promotion
- All logos, advertisements, and promotional materials must be submitted in the required format and by the deadlines communicated by the Organizers.
- The Organizers reserve the right to reject any creative that is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with the event’s image.
- Sponsors shall not use the event’s name or logo for independent promotions without prior written consent.
5. Conduct & Compliance
- Sponsors and their representatives must maintain professional conduct throughout the event.
- Any booth or display must comply with the venue’s safety and operational guidelines.
- The Organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
6. Cancellations & Force Majeure
- In case of event postponement or cancellation due to circumstances beyond the Organizers’ control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), the sponsorship may be rescheduled to a future event.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be at the discretion of the Organizing Committee.
7. Acceptance
Submission of a signed sponsorship form constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
